Job Responsibilities-• Involved in end to end recruitment process. Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment.• Excellent understanding of the requirements assigned.• Handling all functions of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates through job portals,Internet sites, Referrals, Networking, Google and LinkedIn etc.• Short-listing candidates as per the client requirement.• Forwarding the candidates profile to the client.• Scheduling the interview of shortlisted candidates.• Follow-up with clients for the interview feedback.• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.• Interacting with the clients regarding the offer and the joining detail.• Maintaining, updating excel sheets and candidate database building.• Generate various daily, weekly & monthly reports, developing & maintaining the database & records.• Relationship Management post placement of candidates.
