I am currently working at Lilly as a Manager - MES System Integrator within the Global MES team, supporting Global API sites with a primary focus on Indianapolis manufacturing facility. Before joining Lilly, I spent 12 years at Emerson in various roles, gaining extensive experience in the BioPharma and Oil & Gas industries. My expertise includes working with Syncade MES systems, particularly in BioPharma for recipe authoring. I was responsible for the design, development, customization, configuration, testing, and installation of Syncade MES components for batch manufacturing customers. Additionally, I managed the Configuration Management of Syncade MES, prepared validation documentation according to customer specifications, provided technical support, and conducted training on the Syncade system. I also integrated Syncade RA modules with Emerson’s DeltaV process control system, focused on Recipe Authoring, Master Batch Records testing, and Equipment Tracking configuration. My experience also includes FAT, a strong understanding of GAMP, ISA95 ERP/Control System integration, S88 Batch Control processes, 21 CFR Part 11, and MES integration with DCS, ERP, and OSI PI systems.
