Collaborates with stakeholders to identify HRIS system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions. • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. • Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users with prompt and professional communication. • Develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains stakeholders on new processes/functionality. Trains new HRIS users. • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, business partners, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. • Performs other duties as assigned.
