About Sarina Ramakrishnan

I am the Vice President of Human Capital at Hudson Hill Capital, a private equity firm invested in growth-oriented companies across financial services, software & IT services, and industrial technology. In this role, I lead talent acquisition for key leadership roles for our portfolio companies, our strategic advisory board, and internal roles at Hudson Hill. Prior to Hudson Hill, I found my footing in executive search at Korn Ferry, True Search and Robert Walters where I discovered and nurtured my passion for working closely with businesses to identify and assess impactful leaders. I’ve supported both public and private companies on CEO and C-suite searches, primarily within the financial services and technology sectors.I\'ve also had the privilege to fill my plate with a variety of nonprofit activities, as both a direct volunteer and as a current Board Member for BloomAgainBklyn. I attended the University of Southern California, graduating with a B.S. in Policy, Planning and Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy. I am originally from the Bay Area, CA and currently reside in New York City.
