I’m a clean energy and public policy professional working with CLEAResult as a Proposal Specialist, where I help advance energy‑efficiency and decarbonization programs across North America. I bring a background in government, climate policy, and stakeholder engagement, and I’m motivated by work that turns big‑picture transition goals into practical, people‑focused action.Before joining CLEAResult, I spent several years at Natural Resources Canada working on national climate and sustainable jobs policy and programming. My work focused on synthesizing research and diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear, decision‑ready advice in environments where priorities often differ across jurisdictions, sectors, and communities. I collaborated regularly with Indigenous partners, labour organizations, industry, NGOs, and governments. At NRCan’s Office of Energy Research and Development, I worked on clean energy and infrastructure policy, supporting regulatory innovation, electrification, program design, and senior‑level briefings.I also bring experience in elected leadership and community advocacy. As Director of Outreach and University Relations with the University of Victoria Students’ Society, I led consensus‑based governance and advocacy work, including fossil fuel divestment efforts and equity reforms.I grew up on Vancouver Island on Snuneymuxw territories, and that grounding continues to shape how I approach climate policy, leadership, and community responsibility.
