Manage and design programming for the Aspen Institute’s signature strategy group – the Aspen Philanthropy Group – which convenes foundation CEOs to discuss the most pressing topics at the intersection of philanthropy and social change. Curate agenda and create opportunities to engage foundation leaders in debate, dialogue, and peer learning to advance the practice of strategic philanthropy. • Lead the Community Foundations Leaders Initiative which advances new research on how to build more sustainable business models for community foundations across the country. Project has resulted in a comprehensive research report containing a set of original recommendations to unleash more revenue and impact for the field. • Help secure over $1M annually by identifying partnership opportunities, developing fundraising strategies, and drafting proposals for consideration.• Lead the design and development of strategic planning efforts to set organizational goals, support programmatic integration, encourage cross-team communications, and capture impact.• Conduct market research and landscape analysis to track key trends in the social sector for internal and external consumption.• Support the Executive Director by preparing briefing materials, writing quarterly board reports, and nurturing key internal and external partnerships.
