   Outreach: Create content for newsletter including interviewing local artists; send out newsletters promoting monthly free tours. Set up events on Eventbrite platform. Manage and update website regularly, including updating gallery exhibits each month and creating blog posts with tour announcements, interview spotlights, and so on. Promote tours by posting content on a variety of tourism sites. Record and analyze data from monthly tours; set up summary document for board meetings. Tech: Set up and maintain central Google Shared Drive to house all digital files, word documents, logs, etc, for use by all contractors, volunteers, interns, and board members. Create and regularly update shared encrypted password vault. Untangle and streamline interconnected systems and integrations between platforms like Mailchimp, Squarespace, Eventbrite, Google forms, etc. Capacity building: Develop system and SOP for data collection for grants. Develop and document standard procedures for future interns and admin assistants to refer to. Continually refine and improve efficiency on all processes in order to accommodate budgetary restrictions of a small non-profit and time restrictions of an organization run by contractors, interns, and volunteers, without any full-time staff. Design: Design and update printed map with all participating galleries to be handed out each month to tourgoers. Pull from images provided by galleries to create well-designed graphics for use on social media and event platforms. Through graphic design, ensure the information of how to participate in Gallery Night and where tours leave from is accessible and understandable. Format images for optimal load time for website and blog. Programs: Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Squarespace, Google Drive, Google Workspace for Non profits, Google Forms, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
