A native of Kandahar, Afghanistan, I bring a deep understanding of Middle Eastern cultural dynamics and fluency in English, Pashto, Dari, Persian, and Urdu, enabling effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor’s in Law and International Relations from Malali University. My career combines high-impact leadership, policy engagement, and program management, including my tenure as an Elected Provincial Council Member of Kandahar, where I championed governance, civic engagement, and human rights initiatives.
