I’m a Business Systems Analyst Consultant at PNC Bank, but in practice I’m your technical Product Owner. I work side-by-side with full-stack Agile teams to turn complex requirements into clean user stories, prototype in Figma, run UAT sessions and launch API-powered solutions that really move the needle.My love of customer service started long before tech. I was probably 10, standing behind the counter at my Taiwanese parents’ restaurant in suburban Pittsburgh, taking orders and memorizing which regulars wanted extra chili oil or soy sauce. Those nights taught me grit, empathy, and why making someone’s day matters.Today I bring that same people-first mindset to every project. I dive into messy processes, map user journeys and sweat the small details that turn good products into experiences people enjoy.Outside of work you’ll catch me exploring new neighborhoods in Chicago, fine-tuning my homemade recipes, or obsessively trying to pick up a new skill at 2AM on a weekday.I look forward to connecting!
