About Sarika Singh
With an MBA and an Executive PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad, I built a solid foundation in HR, starting as an HR business partner at GE Capital and later specializing in Performance Management Systems, Rewards, and Recognition at Parker Hannifin and Evalueserve. Over 12+ years of industry experience, I’ve guided firms in talent acquisition and management. This journey led me to pursue a PhD in Human Resource Analytics from PDEU, Gandhinagar, where I strengthened my research expertise.Transitioning to academia, I began as an Assistant Professor at GITAM Business School, Bengaluru. I am focused on establishing the FDP & consulting wing for the School of Management at SPSU, driving its thought leadership in research, development, and social welfare initiatives.Beyond work, I am an avid reader, tech enthusiast, and measured risk-taker. I prioritize empathy, humility, and continuous learning in all aspects of my life. In my downtime, I enjoy movies, travel, and exploring new perspectives through reading and discovery.
