Responsible position (Deputy) in absence: Officer - HR & ER.Inducting new joiners for mediclaim Process.Employee traveling arrangements ticket booking air/bus rail on official portal, Telephone & mobiles services related work, Preparation of overtime summery.Medi-claim data updation & reimbursement, updation of plant wise contract labour attendance management system in software attendance & maintain the records monthly, maintain HR MIS etc.Handling Employees welfare & rewards & recognition.
