Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive work culture.Performance Management: Support annual and mid-cycle performance reviews, probation assessments, and KPIs tracking.Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, organize internal/external training, and maintain training records.Policy & Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, ensure labor law compliance (e.g, PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.), and support audits.Payroll & Benefits: Liaise with finance for accurate payroll and administer employee benefits, leaves, and claims.Facility & Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations, manage supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Track and manage office inventory, vendor payments, and minor procurement.Vendor & Service Coordination: Handle vendors for admin tasks (cleaning, security, repairs), courier, and office services.Project Support: Assist with internal initiatives such as tech upgrades, relocations, or workflow transitions.Personal Tasks: manage senior management\'s admin tasks (e.g, banking, filing returns, scheduling appointments).Align HR strategies with business goals through close collaboration with management.Support workforce planning, organizational structure updates, and change management initiatives.Prepare reports on HR and operational KPIs for review and improvement.Office-based role; occasional off-site errands and vendor meetings required.
