Looking after the associate level hiring in Pan-India basis. Taking care of induction & on boarding. Taking care of SEED program ( Educational program) in Wipro Kolkata.Key Responsibilities included: Taking care of bulk hiring for International Voice, Non-Voice, Domestic, Chat, Email and L2 hiring process in Pan-India basis. In depth knowledge of End to End hiring process. Sourcing through various Job Portals, social networking & generating references. Employee Referral Channel is one of the biggest contributor for the Recruitement Department. Designing various schemes to attract the employees towards ER Program. Generating leads by arranging KIOSK, Floor visit, conducting sessions during Induction Batches and addressing floor agents. Daily activities includes CV screening, Mass mailing, calling leads. Tracking and Updating special drives conducted by WIPRO in different parts of India, scheduling further interview rounds for the successful candidates. Preparing data of Confirmed Offers, References checks, Selected and on-hold candidates. Excellent track record of MIS, Reports; an MS Office expert (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Follow up with the offered candidates till they join. Taking care of induction/Onboarding for the new joiners, helping them with their documentation and joining formalities. Planning and Meeting monthly targets.
