Operations Manager, Apos UK LtdMain responsibilities: •Setting-up of new Apos clinics in the UK (locating sites, negotiating lease, site design, sourcing utilities and equipment) •Managing operational aspects of transitioning the company into a franchising business model•Integrating operational aspects of 15 franchisee clinics in the UK•Identifying, sourcing and integrating IT systems to improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction •Designing creative new cloud based tools to allow effective communication and reporting between all franchisee centres and the company’s head office.•Implementing, evaluating and upgrading inventory control and CRM systems•Cost-benefit analysis of suppliers and providers and making changes to improve efficiency •Managing the transition from on-premises platforms to cloud-based•Responsible for providing on-going IT support for all company’s users and franchisees
