Working with customers, TAC, software engineering and account teams on resolution of complex issues in the networks. This could involve providing redesign, reconfiguration, workarounds; product testing for bugs or RFC compatibility; live troubleshooting sessions; customer and internal meetings with various stakeholders; round the clock handling of critical issues- Involvement in various products including classic service provider/enterprise routers and switches; modern data centre oriented products (e.g. providing features such as Ethernet Fabrics, eVPN, programmability, integration and management APIs); different NFV / SDN software solutions (e.g. Virtual routers, Open Daylight based controller and products)- Working on integration and testing of various products with third party and open source automation and provisioning and management solutions, including acting as subject matter expert on OpenStack, Puppet, different Openflow controllers, VMware ESXi, Linux (KVM / Open vSwitch), traffic generators (Spirent, various Linux testing tools)- Contributing to internal and external documentation and training sources: How to Guides/White Papers on various design, implementation and configuration best practices and options; KB/FAQ articles proving resolutions for specific cases; verification of product documentation and internal transfer of information presentations- Development of python, shell or other scripts for configuration automation, data collection, processing and other purposes (e.g. reprogramming of devices as a reaction to specific events, collecting information from the customer environments based on some triggers, data analyses automation)
