   Lead the processes of Schneider Supply Quality Management Deployment in LV and MV Power Products • Manage a team of SQ Engineers that will support multiple Schneider facilities and the supply base of the Electronic business • Lead collaboration with cross-functional groups, local SQ teams and global SQ team for portfolio Managing Product Launch Activity, APQP, PPAP for the New Product Introduction • Implement the Schneider quality policy, define CS & Q roles, targets and objectives within the SQ organization• Challenge and support the involved entities to improve customer satisfaction and achieve quality goals of the SQ organization• Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, 6 sigma, FMEA’s etc.) to ensure continuous improvement in the supply base• Alert management on issues, and make decisions having an impact on customer satisfaction • Fill gaps in supplier base by the introduction of suppliers to provide high quality services / products. New suppliers to be introduced in line with supplier evaluation process• Deploy purchasing best practices according to Schneider Electric supplier management strategy: K&C concentration, Business Reviews, supplier scoring, quality monitoring through ESSR and DPME, risk analysis, Audit for new suppliers etc.• LEAD resolution of Critical Supplier issues escalated by Plants or Clusters • Monitor suppliers Supply Chain Performances with Supplier Leader at supplier level and animate the Supply Chain part of supplier Business Review• Train / coach suppliers and upstream flow supervisors on improvement tools and skills : material management, production schedule (MPS, waiting queue)• Conduct improvements projects with suppliers on critical business issue• Conduct Supplier Supply Chain Audits upon Commodity request or upon quality action plans from plant request.Identify Supplier risk opportunities and execute projects to mitigate risk in supply chain.
