   Roles & Responsibilities: • Conducting daily meetings with leads to discuss about the assignment strategy for all locations.• Providing one on one feedback session based on daily Production and Quality report. • Daily team briefing along with the leads and Higher Management.• Assisting Leads to prepare the daily work assignment based on aging/denial/payer/dollar SLA priorities. • Consolidation of daily production report. • Maintaining leave tracker.• Assisting leads to perform daily internal audits on daily production to ensure good quality and accurate production per SLA. • Preparing/updating/maintaining aging/denial/collection/refunds/CB reports (Monthly/ weekly/ daily). • Attending client calls with manager and other departments. • Sharing MOM post meetings and calls with managers/ Team members if there are any client updates specific to work. • Analysing O/s AR or Denial report and working on trend findings and resolving claims at report level. • Handling team issues and motivating the team when and where required. • Conducting weekly team building activities. • Coordinating with internal clients of the company for any support/concern. • Managing team reports for incentives & appraisals. • Preparing back up of employees whenever there is attrition within the team. • Attending daily/weekly/monthly Process review with Operation manager.
