Senior Software Engineer turned IT Project Manager with 7+ years of enterprise experience at Bank of New York (BNY), where I\'ve led the delivery of mission-critical banking applications serving employees across one of the world\'s most regulated financial institutions. My career sits at the intersection of engineering and delivery leadership. I started as a full-stack engineer — building AI agent platforms, failover systems, REST/SOAP integrations, and secure banking infrastructure — and grew into driving end-to-end SDLC ownership, cross-functional team coordination, and executive stakeholder management. That technical foundation is what makes me a different kind of PM: I speak the same language as the developers on my team, I know what\'s genuinely hard to build, and I can translate between business requirements and engineering reality without losing either side. At BNY I coordinated the applications failovers between data centers, delivered an enterprise AI agent platform adopted across multiple business units, and established quality standards on production AI logic. Currently relocating to Tashkent, Uzbekistan — actively pursuing roles in the fintech and banking sector or any that\'s in my interest field, my experience translates directly to the digital transformation underway in the region.
