WORK HISTORY
Professor, Member @Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Ctr
New York, NY, US
Professor of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Sarcoma Medical OncologyIn day to day practice, I treat patients with sarcomas and other connective tissue tumors as well as patients with other cancers on early phase clinical trials, leading disease-agnostic and multi-disease phase I trials at our center. My translational work involves adapting research from the laboratories at MSKCC and other centers to oncology clinical research. I have interests in the biology and treatment of neoplasms affecting soft tissue (e.g. leiomyosarcoma, GIST, angiosarcoma, desmoid tumors) and bone (e.g. osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, chondrosarcoma), as well as clinical trials and new drug development for this diverse group of diseases, and have participated extensively in phase trials with leadership of a number of trials over the last 20+ years. I continue to participate in other national and international studies with similarly interested investigators.
