About Sebastian Arboleda
Sebastian Arboleda is an industry-leading television executive who has been at the forefront of some of the most distinct and genre-defining series of the market\'s push into premium scripted television, including the latest installment of Starz\'s POWER franchise from Curtis \"50 Cent\" Jackson, THE CONTINENTAL from the producers of John Wick, PEACEMAKER from James Gunn, WARRIOR from Jonathan Tropper and the writings of Bruce Lee, and GANGS OF LONDON from Gareth Evans. As Vice President of Original Programming at Starz, Sebastian creatively oversees a slate of shows from the network\'s two most important franchises, POWER and BMF, while developing new series for those franchises, as well as new shows from Curtis \"50 Cent\" Jackson\'s G-Unit brand with the aim to grow them into franchises of their own. His most recent development work includes FIGHTLAND, an adrenaline-fueled crime thriller set in London\'s boxing world, and QUEEN NJINGA, a sweeping period epic set in 17th century Africa. Before joining Starz, Sebastian oversaw the launch and execution of DC-branded series for Warner Bros. Television like PEACEMAKER and DMZ, which helped establish an early slate of programming for the company\'s new streaming service,\"Max\". Prior to that, Sebastian spearheaded the Cinemax network\'s successful return to pulpy, adrenalized dramas with the development of shows like WARRIOR, GANGS of LONDON, JETT, starring Carla Gugino and Jodie Turner-Smith, as well as the reboot of the network\'s signature show, STRIKE BACK. Sebastian also served as a junior executive at Legendary Television, where he was involved with the daily creative and production operations of groundbreaking series like LOVE (Netflix), THE LOOMING TOWER (Hulu) and COLONY(USA). A native of Houston, TX, Sebastian graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Journalism.
