With a rich experience of nearly three decades in the industry, I head the IT function of the Jagran group. Jagran Prakashan Ltd (JPL) is one of the largest media conglomerates in the country with interests spanning across print, radio, digital,out-of-home and activation. Dainik Jagran being one of its flagship brands is the largest read daily in the country.I have been responsible for laying down the information infrastructure for all the various Verticals of the organization as well as evolving robust,seamlessly integrated systems and processes for all the functional areas.In the IT Leadership role, my focus is more on driving the enterprise digital transformation, thereby bringing about strategic organizational changes through innovation and operational excellence. I interact with the Senior Management to evolve the strategic vision and drive change within the Enterprise through IT.I am responsible for facilitating IT as a business enabler, and therefore ensure that systems and processes are visualised, designed, developed and deployed in close alignment with the business goals.
