About Sarbani Mukherjee

I have over 18 years of experience in learning strategy consulting, needs analysis, instructional and learning experience design. Besides my passion for corporate learning design, I bring to the table my appreciation for continuous improvement, as a philosophy - having worked as a Business Excellence Process assessor in one of my previous roles. I aspire to work on assignments where we are able to design learning as a continuous improvement process, with metrics to show the impact on business. Before my career in learning, I was a financial news editor for 8 years and a financial services professional for 2 years - experiences that helped me develop strong communication skills, with deep understanding of people and business. These skills have been the equity I\'ve leveraged during my journey as a learning design professional.
