Nexxt Mission is a software consulting firm dedicated to helping startups improve their engineering practices. Our aim is to help them transform their ideas into functional, ready-to-launch products within just a few weeks. To further this mission, we\'ve developed Functions.Store, a marketplace for Google Cloud Functions designed to accelerate the launch and growth of web apps. This reusable internal tool embodies our commitment to building products faster through reusability. My roles have varied, from handling key client accounts and refining our PMO practices for better efficiency to ensuring prototypes seamlessly transition to production. A significant part of my role has been building a dedicated team with great technical skills, all geared towards supporting startups. I\'ve also been active in our marketing initiatives, developing strategies to bolster our brand\'s presence.
