Talent Acquisition Group (May 2015 – till date) Liaison with Business to understand hiring forecast for each account and formulate hiring strategy. Prioritize the current demands and share with Internal sourcing team and HR Outsourcing companies; provide them clarity about the job requirement with timely feedback. Recruitment for senior positions like Senior Manager, Account Manager, Associate Director and Director level positions (AD and D Grade). Bulk hiring for planned large ramp ups with more than 170+ requisitions. Conducted Multi-city walk-in drives for Volume based hiring and large ramp ups. Analyze current market trends, competitors, target companies and present to BU. Conduct HR interviews, explain policies, levels/grids, salary components, negotiate on final salary closure and release an offer. Regular follow-ups with pipeline candidates on submission of the documents required for BGV and also completion of the Cognizant online application form. Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, and Requisitions). Analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get desired quality and cost.
