At PITCS, I lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT clients, using OneCore, a cloud-based platform that streamlines and automates the hiring workflow. I have successfully hired, screened, and placed candidates for various roles and levels, delivering exceptional service and value to both the clients and the candidates.I also coordinate with clients and internal teams, provide timely and quality feedback, and handle any issues or challenges that arise during the recruitment cycle. Additionally, I mentor and supervise a team of junior recruiters, ensuring that they follow the best practices and standards of PITCS. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of PITCS and its clients, and to find and connect talent with opportunities.I hold an MBA degree from RVS Institute of Management Studies & Research, where I specialized in human resources management and learned the skills and knowledge that are essential for my role. I also have a B.com degree in accounting and finance from Madurai Kamaraj University, which gives me a solid foundation in business and economics.
