Implementation of the Magna International Global Environmental and Health & Safety Compliance Programs in Magna manufacturing facilities located in India and Thailand, including conducting audits and inspections; providing support to all facilities to assist them with compliance with regulations and internal EHS policies and with communication with regulators; and identifying opportunities and assisting facilities in continuous improvement of EHS and related practices. Collaboration with the global E & HS teams with regards to new internal standards and new systems to be implemented. Provide technical EHS support to facilities, including training, orientation and advice on EHS issues. Provide direction and assistance in the implementation of the ergonomic program requirements delivered through head office. Prepare quarterly EHS compliance metrics summary and report on status to Regional EHS manager. Provide information to Global Directors on EHS Issues and facility performance.
