Presently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore. Have 12 years of teaching experience. Previously worked in Bannariamman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam and SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore. Received my B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics from Coimbatore Institute of Technology-Coimbatore, in 2006 and Masters in VLSI Design from Anna University Coimbatore in 2009. Presently doing my research as part time in the field of TFET Device modelling at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. Member of EDS & Photonics society. Area of interest includes VLSI design, Nano-Electronics and Semiconductor devices.
