Job Responsibilities in : Preparing Shop Drawings as per Designer’s Specification or as per BOQ. Visiting and tacking site measurements before preparing shop drawings. Revisiting site for verification & confirmation before the item gone for production. Preparing material budget, requesting all accessories and Ironmongery. Preparing Cutting List as per the shop Drawing. Coordinate with production Dept. Preparing Production planning report as per priority list. Coordination between Carpentry and polishing division. Coordination between site and production Fire Rated Door (120min, 90Min & 60Min) Wardrobe, Kitchen, Vanity,bed side tables,head board,wall paneling,TV Unit Detail of different parts of sections and elevations Preparing as Built Drawings Shortage materials follow-up from the purchase department for smooth flow of production. Technical Work 1, Pre-Qualification Document 2, Material Submitting 3,Technical Submittal 4,Shop Drawing Monitoring Log 5,Material Submittal Monitoring Log 6,Cutting List 7,Production Status 8,WORK ORDER & IN PROCESS INSPECTION REPORT Project Planning Manager Duties : 1> Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality. 2> Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site. 3> Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors. 4> Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. 5> Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers. 6> Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site. 7> Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule. 8> Quality control of work done at site. 9> Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site. 10>Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate
