Kurdistan Pipeline Company (KPC) – 12”, 24” AND 36” INCH PIPELINE DEFECTS REPAIR Project, located at Kurdistan, Iraq. 161 defects repaired in-service operational.Project Detail – Company intends to improve the pipeline service life. Consequently, defects have been identified during the diagnostic work which has to be repaired. 161 defects in-service operational.The Pipeline list is as below:• 248.2 km crude oil export Pipeline 36” from Saralu to Fish Khabour.• 46.4 km crude oil export Pipeline 24” (parallel to 36” Pipeline from KPS 1 to Receiving Station).• 17.2 km (12”) Atrush Feeder Line.• 16.3 km of Common Feeder Line 36” from RETM to KPS2.The Work involves excavation, removal of existing wrapping / coating, cleaning, blasting, full-encircling pressure-containing sleeve (Type B), Epoxy-filled sleeve (Type-A) welded, covering the defect, Epoxy grouting (Type-A), painting, Installation of CP anode (Type-A) and backfilling the Pipeline after repairs.DNO oil and Gas – Piping and Mechanical Construction works for Peshkabir Crude Oil Tank Increase Project, located at Zhako, Kurdistan, Iraq.Project Detail – Company intends to upgrade the facilities at Peshkabir Oil field from Early Production Facility (EPF) to Peshkabir Central Processing Facility (CPF). This includes upgrading the installed production capacity of BOPD to the capacity of BOPD due to increased flow rates at the Peshkabir Oil Wells along with the increased gas handling capacity to a rate of 24 MMSCFD and a flare capacity of 30MMSCFD to be future proof.DNO oil and Gas – Right of Way, 10” Export & ; 12” Trunk Lines from Peshkabir to Terminal area of Fishkhabour project located at Zhako, Kurdistan, Iraq.Project Detail – The fabrication, installation and testing of a 10” Export line approximately 15 km long, 12” Trunk line approximately 7 km long, PIG launcher and receiver for the 10” export line, PIG launcher and receiver for the 12” trunk line.
