Related process such as Redemption Payout process, Dividend transactions, Brokerage transactions & Reconciliation of daily transactions.Handling queries pertaining to Mutual fund & Assets Management Company of (AMC) Reconciliation process, Transaction posting and Redemption process, Dividend schemes & Brokerage Upfront commission, especially escalation cases.Related to Handling queries of Unposted purchase transaction and Redemption, Dividend & Brokerage to Investors and Distributors.Maintaining good relationship with asset management company and all other related financial intermediaries such as cash management service providers (Banks) for smooth operations.Adhering to Service level agreement made between Asset Management Company and RTA and ensuring that the same is implemented in the work on a regular basis.Give appropriate feedback to the team members based upon the performance metrics.
