As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Verticurl, a WPP company, I am responsible for recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for various IT and marketing roles across the globe. I have over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, working with leading organizations such as Kovai.co and Deloitte, where I supported their hiring needs for software engineers, consultants, and managers. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in HR and Finance from Anna University - PPG Business School, and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science from Bharath University -HICAS. My core competencies include identifying and engaging with potential talent, conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating and closing offers, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the clients, and ensuring a positive and seamless hiring experience. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Verticurl and its clients, by attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
