In my role as a Communications Designer at Edward Jones, I supported the needs of financial advisors and branch staff by developing clear, user-focused materials and improving operational processes. I conducted research to better understand advisor workflows and used those insights to design branch-facing assets—including one pagers, internal documents, and web content.I collaborated across teams to develop strategic roadmaps, created process maps to simplify operations, and provided either final deliverables or strategic guidance to ensure successful implementation. Throughout the role, I handled sensitive data with confidentiality and supported initiatives that improved both efficiency and experience for our internal clients.
