For the past few years, as a Senior Manager in Product Integration team, I have had the opportunity to lead diverse teams in Process Integration, Yield data analysis & modeling, Electrical failure/fault isolation, Physical failure analysis and Advanced Microscopy/Materials characterization. I firmly believe that progress comes from having a strong growth mindset and being diligent in challenging the status quo. I have strong process & people management skills, Org development skills and have been leveraging these to deliver consistent and high quality results through teams for the past 14+ years. I am a strong proponent of DEI initiatives and proud to be an Ally for several Employee Resource Groups like BEN/MOSAIC/MWLN at Micron.Outside of work, I like spending time with family, playing Cricket and discovering nature through hiking/camping etc
