Referral agreements –Actively network with mortgage brokers, estate agents and other industry professionals to establish and maintain referral client relationships2.Effectively manage and convert leads into instructions3. Monitoring the generic partnership emails, filtering all items sent to the addressees then forward to relevant departments4.Oversee whole transactions once assigned to the case handler, ensuring the client needs are met throughout the process.3. Correspond with clients as required through telephone, email, letter and face-to-face and ensure an excellent client experience 4.
