Allocation of cash for individual associate • Follow-up on remittance advice and work with affiliate on posting • Do ME related activities for closing of account and ensuring we close ME on time. • Do not miss out on the ME cash activities and ensure allocations are done and completed on time across all regions and countries. • Control checks – ensure we are in compliance and proper controls are in place to drive the right outcomes • Work on clearing Open items with Affiliates and customer as required. • Update customer master and related SAP notes to ensure dunning and statements are sent to the right resource. • Work with multiple different stakeholders on Recon activities and identifying / closing disputes with customers to receive the cash. • Check email output quality and how we communicate with the customer / Affiliate
