Responsible for biggest site of HUL F&R business in INDIA- Experienced in multi functions like Operations ( end to end ), Expertise in CI in Manufacturing, Procurement, HR ( handled huge IR and ER - developed some excellent schemes to improve productivity and incentive system) and Operational excellence - Good control over strategy develoment, operations planning, financial controls (Capex / Opex), great emphasis on compliance and has hands on experience in IR and related issues- Believe in learning, challenging status quo & ways of working, believe in atking people along and work with Performance based progress - Trained by Senn Delaney on Leading Edge practices for leaders( also a trainer now).
