My career has been defined by steering high-impact programs across diverse sectors—IT Services, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Public Services, and Utilities. I have led cross-functional teams and portfolios of enterprise-level transformations using globally recognized methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, COBIT 5, and PMI, always tailored to each unique organizational context. Notably, my program management consulting roles with NHS UK, London Borough of Southwark, and the London Olympics 2012 allowed me to foster innovation and excellence at the intersection of healthcare and public service. I promote a holistic approach to program management—developing strategic frameworks, governance models, and Target Operating Models that align teams and stakeholders around shared outcomes.
