Key Responsibilities:Candidate Calling & Engagement:Proactively call and engage with potential candidates to generate footfall for interviews and drive recruitment events.Conduct pre-screening calls to assess the candidate\'s suitability for open roles.Explain the roles and responsibilities, interview details, and job benefits to candidates.Maintain a clear communication channel with candidates throughout the hiring process.Footfall Generation:Implement strategies to drive candidate interest and increase the number of walk-ins for interviews.Coordinate with local job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms to create awareness and encourage walk-in candidates.Develop and manage relationships with placement agencies to enhance candidate flow.Candidate Documentation:Ensure that all candidate documentation is completed accurately, including resumes, application forms, ID proofs, and any additional forms as required.Validate and verify candidate details as part of the onboarding documentation.Walk-in Interview Coordination:Organize and manage walk-in interview sessions for candidates.Set up interview schedules, communicate the timing and location, and ensure that interview rooms are properly set up.Greet candidates upon arrival, ensure they are comfortable, and guide them through the process.Collaborate with interview panel members to ensure smooth interview coordination.Attendance Management:Take and maintain accurate attendance records for candidates attending interviews and other recruitment-related events.Track and report on the attendance of candidates during recruitment drives and interviews.Follow-up & Candidate Communication:Maintain a follow-up schedule for interviewed candidates and inform them of the next steps in the recruitment process.Send interview outcomes to candidates and provide feedback when required.Address candidate queries and concerns related to recruitment and interview processes.
