   As a part of recruitment team, my major objective or responsilitby is to fight with external market challenges and to get best of talent to our organization. I am a recruiter with 6 years of exp. In the IT industry and I have learnt to search best of best talent from the external market through portals, Social networks, referencing, blogging, bulletining, networking, head hunting and vendor sources. My objective is to get required resources to the company / account on time with best of techniques minimizing the lead time and through economic sources. My Strengths as a professional recruiter, which I have identified over the period of time is listed as below- To search from nowhere – I can head hunt niche skilled talent with a minimal clue of road map companies- I am organized in planning and executing search and also tracking the candidates from the source taking it to closure- I am good in building a network amongst software and sourcing professionals and pooling market intelligence from the resourcing industry- My interpersonal skills makes it easy to get the work done through interviewers / technical panels to complete the selection process with a very short lead time- I believe I am good in maintaining good relationship with my candidates which helps me for a smooth follow-up and to ensure offered candidates join us on time. Areas of improvement: As per myself analysis following are the few key areas where I need to work on and improve it- Patience level – I believe some times work pressure turns out my patience level, which has to be normalized- Mail communication skills – I am working hard to write good / formal mails at all the time, even when I have to executive multiple works- Negotiation skills – I am putting my efforts to become skill full in negotiating better with the candidates on the CTC and notice period discussions.
