   At ProMach, I lead the strategic development and management of talent acquisition and talent development initiatives that support the company’s growth and long-term workforce needs.Working closely with the SVP of HR and senior leaders across the enterprise, I design and implement scalable recruiting strategies, optimize sourcing processes, and use data and trend analysis to drive informed talent decisions. I also provide training and guidance to HR teams and hiring managers to ensure consistent and effective recruiting practices across corporate and field operations.In addition to recruitment, I support the ongoing growth of General Managers and other key leaders by partnering with external vendors to design customized learning programs that address skill gaps and elevate organizational capability. I help shape ProMach’s broader talent strategy through global talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development programs, ensuring we identify, nurture, and retain critical talent for the future.
