Hi, I\'m Sara Russell Ameen.I design practical, human-centered learning experiences that help people do their jobs better—especially in environments that are changing quickly.I care deeply about how people actually learn, communicate, and connect at work, and I don’t believe better learning always requires more technology or more complexity. As technology—and increasingly AI—shapes the way development happens, I’m especially interested in preserving clarity, choice, and real conversation. Much of my work focuses on helping people better understand themselves and others across generational differences, communication preferences, and working styles. Why I’m Different1. Proven ImpactI measure my success by hard-core metrics and real-world results. I helped one company achieve an 1800% ROI for their Direct Channel and a 1300% ROI for their Indirect Channel. However my favorite accomplishment happened after a 12-week coaching engagement with a manager at Dell, who transformed their approach toward a previously underperforming employee and led said employee to close a $1M deal that exceeded their annual quota. I get hired by organizations of all sizes (from Fortune 200 to small firms) to work on impactful, engaging in-person and VILT training that supports and unlocks employee potential. That can look like- Private 1:1 coaching for a team of managers - A series of trainings in a box that anyone can pick up and deliver in an hour - A series of 2-hour Zoom sessions with topical breakout rooms for deeper exploration and application - A year-long program for co-horts with mentors, blended learning components and capstone projects Regardless of the solution, my approach always focuses on the person in the position while emphasizing deep learner-led conversations and fun, engaging interactivity to maximize the best outcomes of adult learning methodology.
