Reporting directly to the Company Management, I’m in charge of searching new suppliers who can respect the quality standards required by our customers and in line with the assigned budget. Main activities- Product development | Coordinated project development aiming the product finalization both in Visual (window displays) and Packaging for luxury brands, as Bulgari, Etro, Ferragamo and Gucci. Preparation/Planning of projects based on inputs coming from Creative & Image Dept of our customers. Market research on wrapping materials (paper, fabric, PVC, veneer, etc.) and special manufacturing on wood, MDF, metal as SS and brass, ABS, EPS, PMMA and VTR. Edited sampling sheet form for evaluation of final production pricing- Supplier Management | Local and foreign suppliers’ relationship (Hong Kong and China, monthly business trip to those countries for direct workflow supervision – both sampling and production till 2019). Overall, proactive research of new suppliers with the objective of optimizing and rationalizing our choice for a better and most competitive product. Monitored supplier’s performance- Purchasing| Offer requests to suppliers and negotiation of the necessary conditions related to timing, payment terms and incoterms. Optimized product quality and related cost. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS - Negotiation with new suppliers improving our production timing and payment terms- 20% increased margin on Made in China production thanks to negotiation- Empowerment of the business process through new organization of the Chinese working team.

World traveler and fascinated on worldwide fashion, which is strongly connected to culture, tradition and peculiar way of living. Thanks to my enthusiastic curiosity and my linguistic skills, I’ve worked in different countries and international working places, always performing diverse positions. I’m fluent in English, French, Spanish and I have a proficient German level, so as a scholastic spoken Chinese due to my monthly business trips to Hong Kong and China. Five years ago, I launched myself into a new experience in the Visual & Packaging industry for Luxury Goods. I am now managing the product development for Made in China projects, requested by the most important luxury brands in the world scene, coordinating a 3-person team and translating creative ideas by our customers into real prototyping, and finally into proper mass production. Finding new technologies and offering solutions to our clients at the most competitive price - without compromising high quality standards – are my goals.
