Experienced professional with a diverse background including recruiting, associate relations, and coaching experience. I spent the beginning of my career focused on Talent Acquisition including recruiting in both health care and financial services. I then moved into HR/associate relations and currently lead Baird\'s Private Wealth Management Branch Consulting Team. I lead a team of associates focused on consulting branch associates and FA teams. We coach and develop Financial Advisor Teams through team formation, talent needs, team foundation building, adding NextGen talent, succession planning, compensation, etc. Our ultimate mission is to ensure Financial Advisor Teams at Baird are functioning to their highest abilities with the right talent to best service our clients.
