SUMMARY:To deliver reliably and responsibly on independent activities and acts as the primary Supply Chain contact on working teams and with key vendors in support of system related activities. Has primary day to day responsibilities for a group function, coordinating efforts of the systems team, and an independent contributor function such as systems administration. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Subject Matter Expert for the commercial supply chain planning team responsible for maintaining Supply Chain configurations in systems such as Kinaxis/Rapid Response• Coordinate and partner with Data Technology & Engineering (DTE) on new system implementations and system enhancements (change window coordination)• Work cross functionally with Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Quality, DTE and other groups to assist with report generation and system improvements • Set up and maintain planning system to align with Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) administrator: planning parameters, new product introductions, sourcing assignments, Bill of Materials etc.• Ensure timely review and commitments of data and scenarios in Kinaxis/Rapid Response • Lead and support training/testing: onboarding, new system enhancements, service upgrades• Champion deliverables while developing process maps in support of ongoing initiatives and projects: Demand Planning implementation, SOP/WI support, Resource authoring, etc • Oversee timely loading of forecast into the system to align with established milestones (S & OP work)• Contribute to ensuring Supply Chain Systems and processes remain GxP Compliant as appropriate
