Doctoral research was on \"Production and characterization of polyhydroxyalkanoates from indegenous Pseudomonas sp. for tissue engineering applications\". Have optimized upstream processing (one factor, response surface methodology) and down stream processing. Promoted cost effective production by usage of agro-industrial residue. Carried out physio-chemical characterization of material properties. Tested and proved the compatibility of compound with in vitro cell lines. The same was proved with in silico approach as well.
