As a Quality Document Specialist at Accenture, I applied my coding and documentation skills to ensure the quality and accuracy of healthcare records and data. I worked with a team of professionals to review, analyze, and validate medical records and claims, and to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors. I also contributed to the improvement of the coding and documentation processes and standards, and to the training and mentoring of junior coders. Prior to joining Accenture, I was a Junior Coder at Optum for over two years, where I gained valuable experience in coding various types of medical records and claims, using different coding systems and software tools. I have a B.Sc degree in Microbiology from Nehru Arts and Science College, and I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to the healthcare industry. My core competencies include attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to enhance my expertise in the field of healthcare coding and documentation.
