As a Technical Account manager I:• Onboard and educate key content partners in India and manage the integration of new feeds• Oversee the ingestion of domestic and international back catalogue and new releases • Ensure all content ingested is in line with Spotify guidelines and is presented accurately on the Spotify app• Troubleshoot issues related to delivery and ingestion in collaboration with technical teams• Work with developers to improve our ingestion tools and resources and our catalogue management system• Regular reporting on the Indian catalogue, analysing data sets and reporting back to stakeholders • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Artist & Label Partnership team, Shows & Editorial, Licensing and technical teams within Spotify to ensure long-term success in this region and contribute to providing the best user experience possible • Regularly interact with our key content distributors and meet with them bi-annually to present operational reviews• Worked on and led projects involving our Licensing, Engineering, and Reporting departments, and represented Content Ops on projects for launching in new territories• Scoping and project-managing efficiency and speed development to our automated systems in partnership with the Product Manager, attending the engineering planning sessions and stand-ups while also liaising with internal stakeholders to secure development resources
