Currently, I serve as the Associate Director for the Office of Performance and Provider Monitoring (OPPM) at the DC Government\'s Department of Employment Services (DOES). Over the past 9 years, I have been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that improve workforce development, unemployment insurance, and operational effectiveness.Prior to my tenure with the DC Government, I spent over 13 years at Verizon Business, where I refined my skills in business development, professional sales, project management, strategic planning, and business analysis. My time at Verizon was marked by a commitment to delivering high-quality IT solutions and fostering strong client relationships.In addition to my professional career, I have dedicated 20 years to non-profit work in a volunteer capacity.
