Worked on 2 main Projects:• Project 1: Developed python scripts for yield optimization engine for OptiFAI across 4 BSC lending protocols (Aave, Venus, Kinza, Euler V2) and 4 crypto assets (USDT, USDC, BTCB, BNB) by querying live IRM parameters via smart contract ABIs, automating real-time optimal allocation and rebalancing through custom optimizer.py, rebalancer.py, and base.py scripts using scikit-learn, and minimized transactions during rebalancing.• Project 2: Optimized and automated LP yield farming positions in multiple USDT/USDC pools on PancakeSwap & Uniswap (V3), after using contracts to get on-chain parameters for building objective function. Compared 9+ optimization algorithms (Genetic Algo, Basin Hopping, Differential Evolution, Trust-constr, etc.) for all edge cases ensuring it doesn\'t get stuck in local minima.• Developed an LP volume forecasting model using features: lagged_volume, day_of_week, is_weekend, relative_price, and their lags/rolling stats; achieved lowest RMSE with XGBoost, versioned pipeline with DVC and tracked experiments via MLflow.• Research Tasks: Conducted research on key lending protocols on Berachain, BSC and reward contracts for including rewards in optimizer bots.
