About Saransh Agarwal

I am currently working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where I’m part of the Alexa International Tech (AIT) team, helping build the next-generation Alexa for global markets. My role sits at the intersection of research and engineering — from developing multilingual LLM-as-a-judge systems to building scalable tools for prompt evaluation that accelerate LLM benchmarking and enable data-driven model iteration.I have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning (including SFT and DPO), and deployment of large-scale LLMs (such as the Nova model). I’ve also contributed to integrating models into full-stack training pipelines and automating critical evaluation and data coverage workflows to streamline production readiness.I hold a dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Mathematics and Computer Science from IIT Delhi, where I built a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and mathematical optimization. During my time at IIT, I worked as a Research Assistant at MISN Labs under the supervision of Prof. Sandeep Kumar, focusing on advanced ML research including graph learning and building optimization algorithms.My current interests lie in LLM architecture, prompt-based learning, scalable ML systems, and research-driven AI product development. I enjoy solving highly complex problems and building solutions that push the boundaries of what modern AI can achieve from model design and optimization to real-world deployment. I thrive in collaborative environments and take pride in driving impactful projects forward through strong teamwork and leadership.
